Zum ersten Mal ist das Jagdcorps Masovia gemeinsam mit dem DJV auf der Grünen Woche in Berlin vertreten. Eigens zu diesem Zwecke stellt der Deutsche Jagdverband (DJV) eigens einen Teil seines Standortes in Halle 26b, Stand 122 auf der Grünen Woche zur Verfügung. Dafür bedankt sich das Jagdcorps mit zusätzlicher Öffentlichkeitsarbeit rund um die Jagd in Deutschland.

Aber natürlich möchten wir den Besuchern auch die studentische Jagd und ihre Verbindungen präsentieren. Dazu wird im Zeitraum vom 17. – 26. Januar mehr als reichlich Zeit bleiben. Wir freuen uns auf diese Herausforderung. Vielleicht erwächst daraus eine zuünftige, stabile Kooperation. Wünschenswert im Sinne der Jagd.

Mitte Januar war es wieder so weit. Am 15. Januar jährte sich die Gründung unseres lieben Jagdcorps Masovia zum 94. Mal.

Um das gebührend zu feiern, wurde am Freitag zum Grünen Abend eingeladen. Viele, lang nicht mehr gesehene, Corpsbrüder und viele Freunde der Aktivitas haben sich auf dem Lattehaus zu netten Gesprächen und Verzehr von edlen Hopfengetränken eingefunden.

Es wurde Suppe gereicht und bei Bier und Wein in netter Runde geplauscht. Bis in die frühen Morgenstunden wurde mit den Verbandsbrüdern aus Tharandt gefeiert, um dann rechtzeitig am nächsten Morgen für die Convente fit zu sein.

Nach den Conventen, welche bis in den Nachmittag hinein gingen, gab es kurz Pause um sich auszuruhen.

Nach der traditionellen Weihestunde und dem Totengedenken wurde die Tür weit für die Kommersgäste geöffnet.  Unter der Leitung des lieben Seniors Thies Suder hat der prallgefüllte Kneipsaal ordentlich zusammen gefeiert. Denn es gab neben dem normalen Jahresrückblick einige hochoffizielle Handlungen. Es wurden die Corpsbrüder Dominic Krohne und Andreas Telm geburscht und voll aufgenommen, gefuxt wurden Harm Böckmann und Felix Kiene und als Conkneipanten freuen wir uns Ben Ziep bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.  Des weiteren freuen wir uns über die zeremonielle Aufnahme von Andreas Leppmann zum Corpsbruder. Direkt vom zweiten Tag der Grünen Woche ist Cbr. Leppmann mit vielen Vertretern des DJV gekommen und hat die große Festrunde noch komplettiert.

Sehr hat uns der Besuch dreier Aktiven und des AH Rammler, welcher später das Inoffiz geleitet hat, der FAJC Cervidia zu Tharandt gefreut. Bis spät in die Nacht wurde gebührend gefeiert und wir vom Chargerat möchten uns für die volle Kneiptafel und gute Laune bedanken.

Besondere Freude hat mir das Schießen auf dem naturbelassenen Schießstand in Clausthal-Zellerfeld bereitet, obwohl meine Leistungen noch verbesserungswürdig sind. Darüber hinaus habe ich sehr viel von dem Vortrag von Herrn Mester zum Thema Baujagd mitgenommen und Lust bekommen, auch selbst einmal einen Kunstbau anzulegen um die Baujagd zu betreiben.
